CHERRY LA accepts returns on unworn, unwashed items within 14 days of the delivery date for store credit or exchange only. All items marked as 'Final Sale' or purchased during promotional events are not eligible for return.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare the Package

Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition.

Attach Shipping Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and affix it to the outside of your package.

Drop Off and Processing

Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received at our warehouse, please allow 5-7 business days for your store credit to be issued.
